Overview In this role you will oversee HR-related support for colleagues on the aviation contract, reporting to the Airside Performance Manager. You'll ensure compliance and standards while coordinating meetings and using key tools to improve practices.
You'll build strong relationships, conduct investigations, and support safety initiatives with local teams. You will drive performance and efficiency in an operational environment, adapting to a fast-paced, security‐sensitive setting.
