Fitness Coach

Overview

In this role you help members reach their goals by delivering high-quality coaching, group training, and personalized fitness solutions within a growing Everlast Gyms network. You will work on member onboarding, acquisition and retention, and contribute to a performance-driven gym culture. The position blends on-floor coaching with opportunities to scale your PT business using an established member base and brand support. Expect development through the Everlast Academy and potential for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions
• Support new member acquisition and retention
• Deliver high-quality fitness coaching and customer service
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges
• Build strong member relationships to support long-term engagement
• Promote additional services and products to enhance results
• Maintain gym cleanliness, presentation and safety
• Support club events, campaigns and community initiatives

Key requirements

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership
• Valid Public Liability Insurance
• Passion for health and helping people achieve goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to engage, motivate and inspire members
• Customer-focused service orientation
• Confidence in generating and retaining PT clients
