Location: Wolverhampton Pay Rates Day Shift: £21.93 per hour PAYE Rotational Shift: Up to £25.22 per hour PAYE (No Nights) Overtime: Available at enhanced rates Umbrella Rates Available: Up to £33.00 per hour Competitive PAYE and Umbrella payment options availableKey Responsibilities Assemble light alloy and non-light alloy components to engineering drawings.

Carry out mechanical fitting and assembly work to a high standard. Prepare components and assemblies for welding and production teams. Work efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.

Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and assembly tools to produce precision-engineered components. Requirements Previous experience as a Fitter, Mechanical Fitter, Assembly Fitter, or similar manufacturing role. Strong mechanical assembly and fitting skills.

Experience using hand tools, measuring equipment, and associated manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience working within aerospace, defence, automotive, rail, or other precision engineering environments would be advantageous.

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in an Engineering discipline (or equivalent) preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. What's on Offer? Excellent rates of pay from £21.93 to £33.00 per hour. PAYE and Umbrella payment options available.
