What youll do Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job, its a place where you feel valued.

The practical bits You'll work Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, with no weekend or bank holiday working, subject to any cover requirements You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay) Whats in it for you?
