Floor Layer

We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join a project in Hampshire, specialising in the installation of carpet and vinyl flooring.
Key Responsibilities
Install carpet and vinyl flooring to a high standard. Measure and prepare floors prior to installation. Cut, fit and secure flooring materials accurately. Prepare surfaces, including basic subfloor preparation where required.
Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality finish. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Follow all relevant health and safety procedures. Work independently and as part of a team. Carry out general flooring and site duties as required. Liaise professionally with customers, colleagues and site managers.
Requirements
Previous experience as a floor layer is essential. Strong experience with carpet and vinyl installation. Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
