The Pay RatesWe offer competitive hourly rates with a boosted overtime structure: Day Shift: £13.00 per hour | Overtime: £16.25 per hourNight Shift: £14.00 per hour | Overtime: £17.50 per hourOvertime is payable for any hours worked outside of your standard rota.

Shift PatternsDays: 06:00 18:00 (4 On, 4 Off)Nights: 18:00 06:00 (4 On, 4 Off)Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support: Working in a fast-paced food factory environment. Packing & Labelling: Ensuring bakery products are packed and labelled accurately for dispatch.

Manual Handling: Some manual lifting of products and materials. Standards: Adhering to all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety (H&S) procedures to maintain a clean, safe site. RequirementsReliability: Exceptional timekeeping and a dependable work ethic are essential.

Commitment: Ability to commit to a full-time 4 On, 4 Off 12-hour rotation. Experience: Previous factory experience is preferred, but not essential as full training and support will be provided. Whats in it for you? Weekly pay and consistent hours.
