CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in Central London on a temp ongoing basis.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance.
Hours of work / InformationMonday to Friday - 8am - 5pmFoot Mobile, covering 3-4 buildings Commercial and ResidentialBased around zones 1 & 2 ( travel card provided )Temporary ongoing£26p/hKey duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsAHU / FCU's (Filter changes etc)Control PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
