Job Description Foreman required for residential project in the Dorchester area. The Foreman will ideally come from a residential background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS. The Foreman career history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats and apartments.
The Foreman duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
