Job Description MHE Operator Northampton (NN7) Location: Panattoni Park NN7Shifts: Monday to Friday 08:0016:00Pay Rate: £13.69 - £14.22 per hourContract: Temporary to PermanentStart Date: Immediate starts availableThe RoleQuest Employment are currently recruiting experienced and dependable MHE Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park NN7.
This is a key position supporting daily warehouse activities, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently, and in line with site procedures. Key Responsibilities Safely operate MHE equipment, including Reach Truck and CounterbalanceLoad and unload trailers in a timely and accurate mannerComplete and check relevant paperwork and documentationMaintain clean, organised, and safe working areasIdentify and report issues relating to stock, racking, or equipmentFollow all health & safety regulations and complete pre-use equipment checksSupport other warehouse functions and train across multiple areas where requiredCandidate Requirements Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence (in-house licences accepted)Previous warehouse experience is essentialReliable, safety-focused, and able to work well within a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsWhat We Offer Pay rates of £13.69 £14.22 per hourMonday to Friday shiftsTemporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidateFull training and ongoing developmentModern warehouse environment with a supportive teamOpportunities for career progressionApply Now If youre interested in this role, please contact Quest Employment Northampton at your earliest convenience to apply.
