Forward Deployed Consultant

Overview

In this role you own the roadmap for Agentforce process blueprints, turning manual workflows into automated solutions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, craft blueprints, and drive agile delivery using AI prompts and automation.

You translate customer goals into PRDs and user stories, guiding backlog and sprint priorities. You’ll synthesize feedback at scale, validate solutions with engineering and design, and voice the customer throughout the process.

This is a mission-driven role at Salesforce, shaping AI-powered customer experiences and scalable automation at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and feature lifecycle for process blueprints and automation solutions, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities across workflows.
• Collaborate with customer-facing leaders to map requirements and build/iterate solution blueprints and automations using platform features and AI prompts.
• Convert strategy and requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog and sprint priorities with Agile methods.
• Leverage AI tools across the blueprint lifecycle, conduct user interviews, and act as the voice of the customer alongside engineering and design.

Key requirements

• 3–8+ years in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, or low/no-code platforms; strong business workflow mapping and process improvement knowledge
