Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer - Customer Success

Overview

In this role you help customers extract maximum value from Palantir Foundry and AIP by blending frontline support with scalable enablement tooling. You work with customer success teams to guide engineers, unblock workflows, and drive improvements across deployments for diverse clients. You will shape internal processes and build solutions that deliver tangible business impact while collaborating with product and business teams. Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to support requests from internal and external teams
• Guide customer engineers and unblock their Palantir workflows
• Develop enablement tooling and infrastructure on Foundry and AIP
• Collaborate with Product Development to resolve workflow issues and influence product improvements
• Partner with Business teams to understand and meet customer needs
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents
• Take ownership as first responder and coordinate with experts as needed

Key requirements

• Background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or STEM OR equivalent technical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn independently and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages or data engineering frameworks (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Independent decision-making with minimal supervision
