They're looking for a Founding Engineer to work directly with the CTO, taking complex technical ideas from early development through to production. Why it's interesting:Work directly with the CTO and founding team on core technology and product decisionsBuild and deploy software used by SMB and enterprise customersSolve challenging problems across robotics, numerical optimisation, simulation and MLOwn projects end-to-end, from technical exploration through to deploymentWork closely with customers to translate complex engineering problems into usable productsHelp shape the technical foundations of an early-stage companyWhat we're looking for:2+ years of software engineering experience, or a PhD in a relevant technical fieldStrong Python skills, ideally with PyTorch or JAXExperience working with production software, research codebases or open-source projectsDepth in one or more of:Robotic control and numerical optimisationPhysical simulation and scientific computingGenerative AI and machine learningGeometry processing and computational algorithmsA hands-on engineer comfortable with ambiguity, technical ownership and rapid iterationBonus points: C++, CUDA, GPU acceleration, NVIDIA Warp, Taichi, Unity or NVIDIA Omniverse.
