Job Description FP&A Analyst Hybrid role – Central Birmingham (3 days on-site) Salary: £50,000 DOE Overview An established organisation is looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst to work closely with a senior Finance Business Partner, providing commercial insight and financial support across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing Own the production of monthly management information, including analysis and commentary Track performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends and cost drivers Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles Work directly with budget holders to challenge assumptions and improve financial understanding Prepare clear, meaningful insight for non-finance stakeholders Assist with business cases, investment analysis and strategic projects Improve FP&A processes, models and reporting tools Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across systems What We’re Looking For Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), or FP&A experience Background in professional services, practice, or another people-cost-led environment Experience in FP&A, management accounting or finance business partnering Confident Excel and financial modelling skills Comfortable working with senior stakeholders outside finance Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting If this sounds like the right next step for you, click Apply to be considered.
