Connect Appointments is recruiting a Front-Line Manager to join an established business based in Bathgate . Our client operates a busy, modern bakery facility with a strong focus on developing its people. What's on offer?
Full-time permanent position 32,500 per annum 4-on, 4-off shift pattern 7am to 7pm, OR 10am to 10pm As a Front-Line Manager, your duties will include: Managing the day-to-day output of a team of operators Overseeing attendance, performance management and driving standards Recommending and implementing process improvements Working with a variety of teams within the organisation To be considered as a Front-Line Manager, you will need: Proven experience within the food manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of food safety Experience utilising manufacturing systems such as SAP A hands-on, organised approach with strong leadership and problem-solving skills Interested in this Front-Line Manager role?
