Job Description We have a wonderful opportunity for a Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant and dynamic team at one of Rapport's prestigious client sites. The Team Leader is responsible for the smooth running of the service at Canada Water.
Strong team management and communication skills will be required, alongside confidence with IT/ AV and working within a busy environment. Contract type: Full-time, permanentHours: 40 per week (Tuesday-Saturday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)We're looking for someone who's comfortable with occasional overtime, including finish times up to 9pm and some weekend work when required.

Main ResponsibilitiesTeam management : leading, motivating and supporting the team day-to-day, ensuring clear communication, strong performance, and a consistently high standard of service deliveryAdministration and financial oversight : managing key administrative duties, supporting budget tracking, handling invoices and ensuring accurate, timely financial processesHR management : assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance conversations and maintaining a positive, compliant and supportive working environmentAV/IT support : providing a reliable support function for AV and IT needs, coordinating with technical teams, troubleshooting basic issues and ensuring smooth meeting and event deliveryThe ideal candidate willShare our Rapport values: Create Rapport, Be Brilliant, Innovative Spirit, Walk Tall and Stronger Together.
