Overview

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Faculty, you will build and scale AI-powered systems for global clients, delivering production-ready solutions. You’ll own significant parts of the stack, collaborating with data scientists and product managers to turn ML outputs into reliable software. You’ll design scalable frontend and backend architectures, pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to support impactful public-sector work. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Managers to deploy sophisticated software with high impact
• Build reliable, scalable frontend and backend architectures for AI systems
• Develop data pipelines and cloud infrastructure as part of AI projects
• Provide deep technical guidance to customers navigating complex requirements

Key requirements

• Solid backend development in Python (FastAPI) with full application lifecycle experience
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React or Vue
• Cloud deployment experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerisation with Docker
