Copello are seeking a Systems Engineer - Requirements to join the Functional Development team supporting the growing portfolio for a defence organisation based in Bristol on a permanent basis. As a Systems Engineer – Requirements, you'll work with customers to capture and define requirements, develop system and software requirements, support product line development, manage engineering change, and act as the customer for specific software elements
What We're Looking ForExperience in requirements management and systems engineeringKnowledge of tools such as DOORS, DOORS NG or RhapsodyStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience with engineering change management and complex systems developmentDefence industry and product line experience is desirableSkills & ExperienceSystems engineering experience, ideally within the defence sector. Experience in requirements management and systems engineering tools (e.g. DOORS, DOORS NG, Rhapsody).Ability to communicate complex technical information to a range of stakeholders. Experience of engineering change management and complex systems development. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Product line experience is advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex engineering challenges, influence customer outcomes, and develop your expertise across a broad range of systems engineering activities.
Role will offer hybrid working dependant on project needs.
