This role offers the chance to shape fundraising and strengthen sustainability for the entire network. JOB DESCRIPTION Working closely with the Global Manager and fundraising advisor from the Board of Trustees, you will lead fundraising and development to support long term organisational sustainability.
This role suits someone who can think strategically while bringing energy, initiative, and a willingness to be hands-on to drive future growth. This is a temporary, one-year position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Research able to identify and assess funding opportunities and synthesise complex information quickly - Experience with proposal writing - Excellent written English; additional European languages welcome - Comfortable working remotely and independently in a small, mission-driven team - Genuine interest in conservation, environment, or related causes FURTHER INFORMATION FTE: Preference is for 70% - 80% part-time role.
Salary (gross): £35,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experience and agreed hours per week. We are open to creating a temporary staff position with payroll and pension benefits or contracting on a freelance basis.
