Funds Paralegal - US firm A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Credit Funds Paralegal to join one of the fastest-growing US law firms in the City. This elite US firm is seeking a driven Funds paralegal to join their highly regarded Funds team, based in their London office.
This position offers a unique chance to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, within an intensive yet rewarding environment that encourages development and progression.
Responsibilities
Including but not limited to: Drafting and preparing board minutes Organising and maintaining internal and external trackers Reviewing and analysing investor application packs Conducting legal research and assisting with drafting
About you
The ideal candidate will: Ideally has 6 months of Funds or Finance experience Be flexible and open to working overtime, including weekends Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail This a truly fantastic role that provides real scope for progression, with the opportunity to qualify through the SQE route.
