Overview

In this Gen AI Specialist role, you will contribute to the Gen AI COE by designing and deploying AI solutions, starting with the GraphRAG initiative. You will work across onboarding documents, configuring vector processing, and building agents that leverage a knowledge graph to deliver useful outputs. You’ll collaborate with global AI teams while ensuring data safety and alignment with AI ethics. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the intersection of advanced AI and client-enabled innovation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy solutions into new customer tenants using reusable methods
• Onboard customer documents and ensure diagrams are properly parsed
• Configure LangChain for vector processing and graph extraction
• Create agents to generate outputs from the knowledge graph
• Tune prompts to improve information retrieval for customers
• Collaborate with offshore teams and share knowledge with other AI developers

Key requirements

• Technical data engineer with drive to learn new technologies
• Strong problem-solving ability with minimal oversight
• Understanding of AI and AI ethics
• Understanding of data safety in LLM usage
• Experience with AWS or Azure: AWS (boto3, Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda, S3, EC2); Azure (Azure OpenAI Service, Cosmos DB)
• Python

• Other coding languages/frameworks (e.g., Java/.Net)
• AI RAG (retrieval augmented generation)
