General Practice Surveyor Bedford Up to 55K (DOE) Corporate Benefits TPL Talent Solutions is supporting an established independent multi-disciplinary property consultancy to identify a General Practice Surveyor. This is a great opportunity for a chartered surveyor to undertake a broad role advising landlords on their commercial and rural portfolios.
The role will involve: Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. Undertaking inspections and overseeing repairs and maintenance programmes. Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors to ensure effective portfolio management.
Value add initiatives and day-to-day running of portfolios. Handling commercial property sales and lettings instructions. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. To be considered
you WILL
Be MRICS qualified. Have worked in commercial property agency/ property management/ rural surveying. Be client-facing and have excellent communication skills. Have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Be proactive with a self-motivated approach and strong commercial awareness.
