Responsibilities
- Architect scalable APIs and agentic workflows to enable automation and efficiency
- Design and deliver production LLM-based systems for text, image, speech, and video
- Own end-to-end delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of LLM Suite products
- Collaborate with ML Engineering, Product Management, and Cloud Engineering to ensure reliable, secure solutions with business impact
- Bridge advanced AI research with robust engineering to create production-ready solutions
- Drive results with an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Key requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- Extensive hands-on ML engineering experience with a track record of shipping production AI systems
- Deep expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, and/or Multimodal LLMs with strong foundations in statistics, optimization, and ML theory
- Practical experience building distributed, multi-threaded, scalable applications using Ray, Horovod, or DeepSpeed
- Effective communication of complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels
