Event Manager – German Speaking London‐based | Salary £45,000 to £55,000 DOE +Bonus I am currently working with a leading global events company who are looking for an experienced Event Manager with a strong agency background and fluent in German to support a portfolio of DACH region events.
Key Responsibilities Manage multiple events at different stages (pitching, planning, delivery) Lead end‐to‐end delivery of in‐person events. Prepare proposals, budgets, timelines, and client updates Source and manage venues and suppliers across several markets Coordinate internal teams (tech, design, marketing, legal) Produce run‐of‐show documents and oversee on‐site execution Handle budget tracking, negotiation, and reconciliation What We're Looking For 1–2 years experience as an Event Manager Bilingual German & English Confident managing senior stakeholders and client meetings Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects Experience with virtual/hybrid platforms Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and event tech tools Willingness to travel
