Global FF&E Procurement Director- Hotel Development

Overview

In this role you lead the FF&E function for a private, luxury hotel developer, owning the end-to-end process from brief to installation. You will operate at director level within a high-calibre team, shaping distinctive hotel environments through bespoke furniture and objects.

You’ll leverage deep market knowledge and an established supplier network to deliver exceptional pieces that define the properties. You’ll work on premier projects with global reach, balancing quality, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end FF&E process across multiple projects
• Source and curate bespoke furniture, lighting, and objects from top brands and independent studios
• Negotiate with and manage high-value supplier relationships
• Coordinate from brief through installation, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
• Collaborate with development teams to align FF&E with project strategy and budgets

Key requirements

• Senior experience in FF&E procurement within luxury hotel development or high-end residential development
• Deep knowledge of prime luxury furniture market and makers
• Established network of supplier contacts
• Strong commercial skills and budget management
