A leading international law firm is seeking a Global Head of Facilities Management to lead its global property and workplace strategy. The opportunity Lead the firm’s global FM and workplace strategy, aligned to a partnership-led, client-facing environment Act as the senior advisor on all property matters, including lease negotiations, portfolio optimisation and international office openings Drive a high-quality, consistent workplace experience across offices, reflecting the expectations of partners, clients and fee earners Lead a complex outsourced model across FM, front of house, catering and workplace services Partner closely with Procurement and senior stakeholders on supplier strategy, commercial negotiations and cost management Oversee global budgets, ensuring strong financial control within a partnership-driven model Ensure a robust approach to compliance, risk and health that's why we work so hard to source the best talent from the broadest pool possible.
