Global Programme Manager (FTC)

Overview Join WPP's global PMO to drive consistency, transparency, and successful delivery for a large-scale Workday HCM transformation. You will support governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across time zones, shaping people processes for years to come.

This role sits at the intersection of data, budgeting, and project delivery, offering exposure to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. You'll help scale processes and tooling to enable informed decision-making and tangible benefits.

Pay / Benefits hybrid work environment scale and opportunity to influence large projects challenging and stimulating work culture of creativity and collaboration supportive, inclusive workplace opportunities for growth and learning Responsibilities Support day-to-day PMO operations: governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination Maintain project docs, track actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones Analyse and present programme data for decisions, approvals, and leadership reporting Monitor budgets, forecasts, and programme benefits to ensure visibility of performance Improve PMO processes, tools, and ways of working across the global programme Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide insights to stakeholders Key requirements Experience supporting projects or programmes in large, complex, global organisations Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities Confidence with data, reporting, budgeting, and business analysis Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Collaborative and adaptable approach with ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines Experience working across different time zones and cultures (beneficial) stakeholder management communication problem-solving Advanced Excel PowerPoint data analysis
