ONGOING CONTRACT / View to Permanent START ASAP Goods Inwards / Driver Based at Stansted Airport Job Purpose To ensure the efficient receipt, inspection, storage, and delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and customer service.
The role combines warehouse duties with vehicle driving responsibilities to support daily business operations. Key Responsibilities Goods Inwards - Receive deliveries from suppliers and verify goods against purchase orders and delivery notes. - Inspect incoming goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report any issues promptl General Warehouse Duties - Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders when required.
Skills and Experience Essential - Full, clean driving licence (appropriate licence category for company vehicles). - Previous warehouse or goods inwards experience. – Ideally in the Aviation industry Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving goods safely.
Desirable - Forklift Truck (FLT) licence. - Experience using warehouse management systems. - Previous multi-drop delivery experience. - Knowledge of inventory control procedures. Please call Shelley @ MPI for immediate start 01992 501111
