Overview: We are seeking a Google Cloud Engineer - Networking Specialist to join our platform team. You will build and operate an enterprise-scale provisioning engine that automates standardized, compliant GCP networking resources (VPCs, routing, subnets, and endpoints).
Key Responsibilities: System Design & Coding: Write, review, and maintain production-grade platform code while designing scalable, secure cloud architecture. Automation & Provisioning: Deliver automated networking infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern CI/CD practices.
Operational Ownership: Proactively monitor systems, lead incident root-cause analysis, and continuously optimize observability. Engineering Standards: Drive code quality, participate in code reviews, and share best practices across technical communities.
Requirements: Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes. IaC & Scripting: Proficiency in Terraform and modern platform languages (Go or Python). Automation: Solid background in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
Preferred: Expertise in GCP networking constructs (VPCs, IPAM, DNS, load balancing) or experience in regulated/financial environments. This is an urgent vacancy where the hiring manager is shortlisting for an interview immediately.
