Graduate Building Surveyor

p An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a professional firm of Chartered Surveyors in Reading who specialise in building, construction, and property issues within the private and public sector.

They are now looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to provide support to the Surveying team on a good mix of professional and project work. They can offer structured APC support with good ongoing scope for career progression. /p p br /p p strong Role Responsibilities of the Graduate Building Surveyor: /strong /p ul li Assist with project and professional surveying duties working with public and private sector clients /li li Assist with design, project management and contract administration on various projects /li li Assist with specification writing, tendering /li li Building and condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall /li /ul p br /p p strong Skills Experience of the Graduate Building Surveyor: /strong /p ul li Degree in Building Surveying /li li Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal /li li Passion to start / progress through APC /li li Creative problem-solving skills /li /ul p br /p p strong Salary
