As a Graduate Client Account Manager you will play an important role in reviewing new client enquiries, conducting research and due diligence, and supporting senior consultants by preparing detailed case information and insights.
What You'll Be DoingClient Engagement & Relationship BuildingAct as the first point of contact for new client enquiries via phone and emailConduct structured conversations to understand client's circumstances and objectivesExplain services clearly and professionally while answering general enquiriesArrange consultations with senior consultantsDeliver a positive and professional client experience throughout the on boarding processAnalysis & Due DiligenceGather and review client information to support the assessment processConduct due diligence checks and research activitiesAnalyse information and identify key trends, risks, or opportunitiesPrepare accurate case summaries and supporting documentation for senior consultantsEnsure all information is complete, accurate, and compliantCRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM systemUpdate and manage client files efficientlyMonitor enquiry pipelines and ensure timely follow-up actionsProduce reports and updates where requiredWorking with Senior ConsultantsSupport senior colleagues by preparing and presenting qualified casesProvide relevant insights and information to assist with strategy developmentCommunicate outcomes and next steps to clients when appropriateCollaborate closely with team members across the businessCriteriaApplications are welcome from graduates who are eager to learn and develop a career in financial services.
