p Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a well-known brand to recruit for a Graduate Energy Consultant. /p p br /p p You’ll play a key role in delivering complex projects to strict deadlines, working collaboratively across teams, communicating confidently with stakeholders, and continually developing your technical expertise within the fast‑moving UK energy sector. /p p br /p p This is a varied, customer-facing role where youll work closely with clients, visit sites, analyse energy data and provide practical recommendations that help organisations improve their energy efficiency and sustainability. /p p br /p p This role offers a clear progression structure into an Energy Consultant role. /p p br /p p strong Responsibilities day to day duties /strong /p p As a Graduate Energy Consultant you will be responsible for: /p ul li Provide compliance and renewable‑energy consultancy support across client projects, including audits, assessments and accreditation management. /li li Scope, plan and deliver technical work packages, gathering information both onsite and remotely. /li li Produce clear reports, feasibility studies and compliance documentation, presenting findings confidently to stakeholders. /li li Manage applications and amendments for key energy schemes. /li li Build strong client relationships, identifying additional opportunities and supporting issue resolution throughout each project. /li /ul p br /p p strong Skills experience required /strong /p ul li Degree (or equivalent experience) in renewable energy or engineering, with technical understanding of renewable energy technologies. /li li Proven experience delivering projects to strict deadlines and multiple stakeholders. /li li Excellent organisation, administration and communication skills, including confident writing and presenting. /li li Intermediate IT skills (Excel, Word, CRM) and willingness to continually deepen technical expertise. /li li Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability and wider environmental impacts. /li li Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle /li /ul p br /p p strong Benefits /strong /p ul li Salary up to £28,000 /li li Hybrid opportunity – 2 days per week in the office. /li li 37 hours per week /li li 25 days holiday plus bank holidays /li li Life Insurance /li li Pension scheme /li li Employee Assistance Program (EAP) /li li Clear progression to an Energy Consultant role /li /ul p br /p p Citrus Recruit acts as an employment business when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
