As a Graduate SEN TA , you'll provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop essential skills, and thrive in the classroom. Key Responsibilities Support pupils with SEN individually and in small groups.

Assist teachers with engaging, inclusive lessons. Deliver targeted learning and behaviour support. Encourage confidence, independence, and wellbeing. Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals. About You The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have: A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
