Graduate Teaching Assistant Secondary School – North London September Start - Full time Up to £110 per Day! Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in education? We are currently recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in North London from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about working with young people and is considering a future career in teaching, education, psychology, or a related field.
Key responsibilities
Supporting students in the classroom and during learning activities Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required Assisting teachers with classroom activities and student engagement Supporting students with their academic progress and confidence Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND The ideal candidate will have: A degree in any subject, with relevant subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Psychology or Humanities particularly welcome A genuine interest in education and working with young people Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A patient, proactive and supportive approach The ability to build positive relationships with students Why Horizon Teachers: Our experienced consultants will support you throughout your journey from the very first steps of interview until you are happily working Flexible pay method to accommodate your needs and preferences The permanent equivalent rate is paid after 12 weeks of work, which usually means a pay rise!
