Job Description Grounds Maintenance OperativeVanta Staffing is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives for Temp assignment with our client based in Slough. We invite applications from candidates holding a full UK driving licence with experience driving commercial vehicles.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30This is a temporary position offering approximately 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
General grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, leaf and litter clearance, and verge upkeepAssembly and dismantling of equipmentHorticultural tasks such as planting, pruning, and seedingSports pitch preparation and maintenance, including: Setting out and marking pitches on grass, tarmac, and indoor sports hall surfacesMaintaining artificial and synthetic playing surfacesTree care and basic arboriculturePainting various equipmentOperating light plant machinery and power toolsConducting routine checks on vehicles, tractors, and cutting equipmentIf you are ready for an immediate interview and start, please submit your CV today.
