Job Description Grounds Maintenance OperativesLocation: Barrow In FurnessHourly Rate: £12.71Contract type: Temporary, 6 weeksWorking hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-12:30 39 Hours per week, with some overtime potentialAbout the roleWe currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our teams in Barrow to work on our Westmorland and Furness contract.
You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our client through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment. RequirementsPrevious Grounds Maintenance experience beneficial or experience & willing to work outdoorsCan-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable. A full valid UK manual driving licence beneficialYou can look forward to the following
