Job Description As a Group Financial Controller in the FMCG industry based in West Yorkshire, you'll oversee the financial operations and ensure accurate reporting to support the company's goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the finance function, improving processes and controls, and supporting the wider growth strategy of the Group.
Client Details This role is with a company in the FMCG industry located in West Yorkshire. Description Manage and oversee group financial reporting and compliance processes. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions. Lead and develop the finance team to meet organisational objectives. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes. Monitor cash flow and financial performance across the group.
Implement and improve financial systems and controls. Profile A successful Group Financial Controller should have: Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Strong background in financial reporting and compliance or industry relevant finance functions.
Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of the FMCG/Manufacturing industry would be an advantage. Job Offer Salary ranging from £80,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience. Performance-based bonus. Healthcare benefits.
