Group Financial Controller

This is a significant appointment within a complex, multi‐entity group environment and represents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, high‐performing finance leader seeking exposure to a fast‐paced, commercially driven and growth‐focused business.

The successful individual will play a key role in supporting the next stage of the group's evolution, partnering closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. We are specifically seeking an ACA Qualified (ICAEW / ICAS) finance professional with strong technical and commercial capability, alongside experience operating within acquisitive, leveraged and complex group structures.

Key responsibilities include

Group consolidations across multiple statutory entities Financial reporting and monthly / quarterly stakeholder reporting Treasury, cashflow and lender management Exposure to both senior and junior debt structures FP&A and commercial analysis Tax oversight and governance Systems, process improvement and finance transformation Building and leading high‐performing finance teams Raising standards, controls and operational excellence across the function The business is seeking an individual with high standards, strong leadership capability and the ability to operate effectively within a demanding, high‐growth environment.

Candidates should be technically strong, commercially aware, systems savvy and comfortable operating with pace, visibility and accountability.
