Job Description SWRP are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer for a Group Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team in Peterborough. The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of marketing and communications strategy within a growing international B2B business.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Markets, you'll lead the development and delivery of marketing initiatives across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, helping to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support commercial growth.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the marketing function and make a significant impact on the business. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver the company's marketing and communications strategyLead multi-channel marketing campaigns that support brand awareness and revenue growthCreate and oversee the production of content including product literature, case studies, blogs, website content, and marketing collateralAct as brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and marketsManage digital marketing activity, including website development, SEO, analytics, email marketing, and social mediaPlan and deliver product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer-facing eventsMonitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI, providing insight and recommendations for improvementBuild strong relationships with sales, product, leadership, and international teamsManage external agencies and marketing partnersLead the creation and launch of a new customer-focused websiteAbout YouAt least 5 years' marketing experience within a B2B environmentProven experience developing and delivering successful multi-channel marketing strategiesStrong understanding of brand management, campaign planning, and digital marketingExperience managing marketing agencies and external suppliersStrong commercial awareness and the ability to measure marketing performance and ROIExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesExperience using marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, CMS, email marketing, and social media platformsAbility to translate technical information into compelling customer-focused contentExperience within manufacturing would be advantageousCIM qualification and experience working across international markets would be beneficialWhat's on OfferOffice-based role in PeterboroughOpportunity to shape and lead a newly created marketing functionExposure to international markets across the UK, Europe, and Middle EastInternational travel opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative working environmentCompetitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experienceFor more information on the Marketing & Communications Manager role in Peterborough, apply now.
