Group Reporting Manager

Robert Half are recuting for a Group Reporting Manager based in Wiltshire. The Group Reporting Manager who will play a critical role in external reporting, group consolidation, technical accounting, governance and treasury support.

Key Responsibilities Lead Group financial reporting and statutory accounts preparationOwn the Group consolidation process and ensure IFRS complianceManage external audits and act as the key contact for auditors and advisers Provide technical accounting expertise on complex and significant transactionsSupport and enhance the Group Internal Control Framework Lead impairment reviews for goodwill, tangible and intangible assetsSupport treasury activities including cash forecasting, liquidity management and payment oversightPrepare Audit Committee and Board reporting papers Mentor and support junior finance team membersACA, ACCA or equivalent qualifiedStrong knowledge of IFRS and listed company reporting requirementsProven experience in Group reporting and consolidation within a listed, PLC or multinational environmentRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
