Growth Intelligence Manager

Overview

In this role you will turn prospect and opportunity data into actionable insights to support growth and performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to understand pipeline trends and client growth opportunities, and deliver clear reporting and dashboards. You’ll govern data quality, support CRM usage, and help shape bids, pitches and account plans. Responsibilities

• Analyse prospect, client and opportunity data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities
• Produce pipeline reports, dashboards and management information for strategic decisions
• Monitor opportunity performance, conversion rates and forecasting activity
• Develop insights to support bids, pitches, account plans and BD initiatives
• Lead data governance activities and maintain reporting standards
• Support effective use and development of CRM and opportunity management processes
• Create and enhance dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Collaborate with Partners, BD, Marketing, Finance, CRM and Technology teams for commercially focused insights
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes for evidence-based decisions

Key requirements

• Experience analysing large and complex datasets
• Experience with CRM platforms and opportunity data
• Strong reporting, dashboard development and data visualisation skills
• Experience producing management information for senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of data governance and data quality management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI
