We are seeking a dedicated and experienced H&S Advisor on behalf of our client for a long-term contract opportunity in Royston. Start Date: ASAP (Immediate Start)Duration: Until at least the end of January 2027 (with potential for extension)Location: Full-time on-site (Non-hybrid) in Royston Pay Rate: Negotiable, dependent on experience Contract Type: Umbrella only (Inside IR35 / No LTD options available)Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day health and safety advice, guidance, and support to on-site delivery.

Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure full compliance with current legislation and site standards. Monitor, review, and assist in the drafting of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

Investigate any on-site incidents or near-misses, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented. Promote a proactive safety culture on-site through toolbox talks, safety briefings, and direct engagement with the workforce.

Requirements Proven experience working as an H&S Advisor within an industrial, engineering, or construction site environment. Hold a relevant health and safety qualification (such as a NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate or equivalent).
