This is an excellent opportunity for a confident production professional to join a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment and take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a production line.
The Role You will lead and coordinate production operatives, ensuring the line runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership position, where you will lead from the front while also supporting production activities when required.
