Handyman / Property Maintenance Operative Location: Coventry, CV1 Contract: Temporary Dates: 31/08/2026 to 26/09/2026 Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour Working Hours: 09:00 to 17:00 Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 We are currently recruiting for a reliable and practical Handyman / Property Maintenance Operative to join our team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities Applying and replacing silicone sealant in bathrooms and kitchens Wall painting and general decorating Sofa and upholstery cleaning Preparing properties and ensuring they are ready for use Moving furniture and other items when required Assisting Maintenance Operatives with general tasks Carrying out general handyman and property maintenance duties Requirements Previous experience in property maintenance, handyman work or a similar role is preferred.

Experience with silicone application and replacement would be particularly beneficial. We are looking for someone reliable, hands-on and able to work independently while supporting the wider maintenance team. To apply, please call 01788 578888 today.
