Job Description Handyman Location: Battersea and surrounding areas Salary: £30,000 £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 6:00pm Job Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAPWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to join our client, carrying out responsive maintenance and refurbishment works across a portfolio of private residential properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and multi-skilled individual looking for a permanent position with a varied workload. No two days are the same, with work ranging from day-to-day maintenance repairs through to kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.

Duties Will Include: General responsive maintenance within residential propertiesCarpentry and joinery including fitting kitchens, doors, laminate flooring and partition wallsPainting and decoratingWall and floor tilingBasic domestic plumbing including replacing taps, toilets and sinksBasic electrical work including replacing sockets, switches, light fittings, extractor fans and appliancesPreparing vacant properties for new tenantsMinor refurbishment works including kitchens, bathrooms and full property redecorationDiagnosing maintenance issues and completing repairs to a high standardWorking independently whilst managing your own workload effectivelyRequirements: Previous experience as a Handyman, Multi Trader or Multi-Skilled OperativeStrong all-round knowledge across multiple tradesAbility to work independently and use your own initiativeGood problem-solving skillsProfessional and customer-focused approachFull UK Driving Licence (Essential)Relevant trade qualifications are advantageous but not essentialWhat's on Offer:£30,000 £32,000 per annum depending on experiencePermanent, full-time positionMonday to Friday working hoursStable, long-term opportunityVaried work across private residential propertiesSupportive working environmentIf interested, please apply and if more information required call Sam.
