Hardware Team Leader

Our client in Bournemouth is seeking a skilled Hardware Team Leader to join them on 3 month initial contract basis. This contract role is ideal for those with a strong background in IT analysis and IT support, looking to make a significant impact on hardware operations.
Key Responsibilities
Work with a team of IT analysts and support staff in delivering high-quality hardware solutions Coordinate and manage hardware installations, maintenance, and upgrades Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues Develop and implement hardware policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency Monitor hardware performance and ensure systems are running optimally Collaborate with other departments to align hardware capabilities with business needs Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for hardware maintenance Work with third party suppliers to ensure fit for purpose and value for money hardware solutions for the business Job
Requirements
Experience in IT analysis and IT support Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective hardware policies Understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience This role will be to start in September paying in the region of £275-£300 a day inside IR35.
