Currently looking for a Head Chef to lead their festival operations and help takethings to the next level in 2026 The RoleAs Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen operations at events. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the front, ensuring smooth service,high-quality food, and a strong team environment.

You’ll be working across multiple events and locations, so flexibility and reliabilityare key. Key ResponsibilitiesLeading kitchen operations at markets and festivalsManaging and motivating a small team of crew membersFood preparation, cooking, and service during busy periodsEnsuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanlinessOverseeing setup and pack-down of kitchen equipmentManaging stock, prep, and service flowDelivering a fast, efficient, and friendly customer experience Requirements As Head Chef you should have:Previous experience as a Head Chef / Senior Chef / Kitchen ManagerAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsStrong leadership and team management skillsBe Reliable, punctual, and hard-workingWillingness to travel and work at different event locationsFood hygiene knowledge (Level 2 minimum preferred)Eligible to work in the UK Hours and Benefits:Flexible, event-based schedule (typically between 09:00 – 01:00)Work at exciting festivals and food markets£15 - £18 per hour, with potential bonuses1 meal provided per 6 hours workedBreaks included (20 mins per 6 hours)Accommodation provided for some events (pre-agreed)Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding brand Please note that by applying for this position, you are giving your consent for Nourish Recruitment to process your personal data in line with our GDPR policy and consent declaration, which can be viewed on our website.
