The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This Head Chef role offers an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with leadership skills to contribute to a healthcare setting, playing a pivotal role in maintaining food safety standards and delivering exceptional service to residents.

Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to organisational standards and client specifications Oversee food safety practices, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with health regulations Coordinate with clients to meet specific culinary requirements Ensure all food preparation adheres to organisational recipes and presentation standards Maintain a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and high performance Qualifications As a Head Chef , you will need: Proven experience in food production, cooking, or hospitality roles, preferably within restaurant or catering environments Level 3 Food Safety required Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene and sanitation Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Competence in team management, motivating staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment Good understanding of culinary techniques across various cuisines Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant sectors is highly desirable Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards This role offers an engaging environment for culinary professionals eager to showcase their skills while leading teams towards excellence.
