Head Chef - West Sussex | £60,000, daytime hours and the chance to lead an exciting new dining concept. We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious private estate in West Sussex, leading the culinary offering for a new restaurant in the Arts Foundation development.

You'll work with exceptional organic produce, artisan suppliers and a talented estate team to create memorable small-plates dining experiences. Why apply for this Head Chef role? Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the café operation and create an exceptional guest experience. Develop and deliver a high-quality small-plates menu Work closely with the Estate Executive Chef and management team Use organic produce from the estate and trusted artisan suppliers Lead, support and develop the kitchen team Maintain consistently high standards across food quality and presentation Help deliver dining experiences for special events when required Manage kitchen operations in line with food safety and quality standardsWhat we're looking for: You'll be an accomplished chef with a passion for quality produce and creative dining.

Previous Head Chef experience at 3 Rosette level or a similar standard Proven experience leading a high-performing kitchen team Strong menu development skills, ideally within a small-plates concept A passion for locally sourced, organic ingredients Excellent organisation and communication skills A hands-on, collaborative approach to leadership Flexibility to work additional days or hours when required for eventsIf you're ready to take your next step as a Head Chef in West Sussex, this is a rare opportunity to shape a distinctive new dining experience within an exceptional estate.
