Head Chef Gloucestershire Luxury Hotel Up to £52k Package We are recruiting a talented Head Chef for a highly regarded luxury hospitality operation in Gloucestershire, offering an exciting opportunity to lead a quality-driven kitchen with a strong focus on exceptional seasonal produce, great ingredients and thoughtful hospitality.

The successful Head Chef will have the opportunity to take the lead within the kitchen, working with exceptional ingredients and helping to shape an exciting food offering that celebrates seasonality, provenance and outstanding cooking.

you will

Lead and inspire the kitchen team Develop and deliver high-quality seasonal menus Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency Manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen Train, mentor and develop the brigade Manage ordering, stock control, food costs and kitchen budgets Work closely with the wider management team Drive creativity while ensuring the food offering remains commercially successful The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head Chef or ambitious senior chef with a strong background in high-quality, ingredient-led kitchens.

You will be passionate about seasonal food, an excellent leader and someone who takes real pride in developing both dishes and people. A full UK driving licence is required due to the rural location of the property.
