Head of Dynamics CE / Power Platform Remote Up to £120k One of the UK's fast-growing Microsoft Partners is looking for a Head of Dynamics CE and Power Platform to lead and shape their practice as it scales. This is a genuine leadership role, not a caretaker one.

The practice is growing, which means real influence over how it's built, how delivery works, and where it goes next - not stepping into something already fixed in place. Why this role A seat at the leadership table, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape practice direction and GTM Real autonomy to build the team and delivery model your way Clear path to grow further as the practice and business scale Work across a genuinely varied client base What you'll be doing Owning practice performance across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Working closely with leadership to shape commercial and delivery strategy Growing and developing the team as the practice scales, including future hiring Acting as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for clients What we're looking for Strong hands-on background in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform delivery, ideally within a partner or consultancy environment Proven experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor This could suit someone already at Head/Practice Lead level, or a strong Team Lead or Principal Consultant ready to step up into their first leadership role Sound like you, or someone you know?
